This movie has left me completely mesmerized, and I love it because it is unique in that it is a true story. It tells the story of how John Clayton found his way to the African jungle as well as how he went on to become known as Tarzan. It was filmed in 1973 by twice Oscar Award-winning director Ron Howard and had an all-star cast such as Malcolm McDowell, Christopher Lambert, and John Mills. The story begins with him and his wife arriving in Africa. They were there to do research work at the invitation of Lord Greystoke, who was a British zoologist. They had left their son back home with family. The main character of the story is John Clayton, who arrives in Africa as an adult and soon after marrying Jane Porter, he is encouraged by his wife to travel to her home town. This is where he gets the opportunity to learn the ways of the natives and thus encounter several adventures on his way back to England. What really stunned me about this movie is how great it was. It has so many surprises and twists that I never saw coming which made it very exciting and entertaining all at the same time. It has a very strong storyline that will stay with you long after the movie is over. The direction and camerawork was also very good and I would definitely recommend this to all fans of adventure movies. I give Tarzan E A Tribo Nagasu Dublado an 8 out of 10 stars. One of the best fight scenes I have ever seen involving a squawking bird. Great visual effects. The character Tarzan is portrayed very well by Christopher Lambert, perhaps one of my favorite actors. I have always thought him to be perfect for the role, but I never dreamed he could make it look so real. His facial expressions are what really make this movie great.  Easy to watch with great visuals and very nice sound quality; this is definitely an 8 or 9 out of 10 stars!
